At Fresh & Sweet, we are
committed to satisfying our floral clients and distinguishing ourselves
through quality. Our technical experts keep this goal in mind as they
select and certify each of our plantation partners. Fresh & Sweet
continuously strives to incorporate client comments to improve our
methods, and have recently done so by improving our technical equipment
and by establishing a more streamlined loading and shipping control
system.
While maintaining our competitiveness
in pricing for the roughly 90 farms in Ecuador that are partnered with,
we have developed a world-class reputation for quality control. Every
dispatch is reviewed daily by our engineers at Panatlantic's operations
center, where Fresh & Sweet maintains offices so as to be able to
facilitate quality control. We have a resident agronomist in Quito with
13 years experience in the field whose team is tasked with checking
every shipment going out of Quito before going out -- we're the only
one headed by a qualified agronomist. Because our agronomist is onsite
and due to our relationships with over 90 farms, he and his team are
almost certainly able to replace bad shipments within a short time,
usually between 24 and 48 hours.
You can also
check your own product online before it leaves Ecuador -- in that way
you can lower your risk by ensuring your clients' expectations are met
well in advance of your product even entering the United States.
